What are the evaluation criteria for submitted entries?
We evaluate each submission on its relevance to the programme, usefulness to senior decision-makers, freshness and practicality of insights for Asia/ASEAN, strength of evidence and outcomes, presence of an operator/buyer/customer voice, and a minimal level of commercialism.Â
Are sales pitches allowed?
No. We only consider educational content. Submissions whose primary purpose is to market a company or product will be declined.Â
Are speakers responsible for their own travel and accommodation?
Yes, speakers are responsible for managing and covering the costs of their travel and accommodation. Â
Is there a submission deadline?
We review submissions on a rolling basis, and earlier submissions receive priority.Â
What are your expectations for panel diversity?
We value diversity in gender, geography, discipline and organisation. Please avoid panels composed entirely of speakers from a single company.Â
How will I be notified if shortlisted?
Shortlisted speakers will be contacted via email with the next steps. Â
Is it possible to submit a session that includes partners or clients?
Yes. Co-presented sessions—especially with a customer/operator alongside a partner—are encouraged, provided both parties can share metrics and lessons learned.Â
Can topics or speaking slots change after selection?
Yes. To maintain programme balance, the organiser may refine titles and summaries and allocate the most suitable stage and time.Â
What language will sessions be delivered in?
All sessions will be delivered in English.Â
Will sessions be recorded or materials shared?
Sessions may be photographed or recorded for FHA channels. Presentations may be shared post-event with the speaker’s permission. Speakers are responsible for obtaining any necessary organisational clearance before submitting.Â
